The Exchange Blueprint is dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals living with dementia and those who care for them. We believe in a trauma-informed approach to care that prioritizes accountability, nervous system regulation, and communication. Our coaching and mentoring services, along with our trauma-informed dementia program, aim to improve corporate culture and create lasting change in the caregiving industry.
We believe that there is beauty and healing to be found in the relationship between elder and caregiver. By shifting your perspective on this disease from lack and loss to abundance and gain we aim to bring joy, love and honor back to this sacred process.
Our experience in long-term care has shown us the lacking support for caregivers, and this is our driving motivation for creating The Exchange Blueprint. As someone who is taking care of a precious resource, you deserve to be not only supported but overflowing with love and care which then spills into the elders you support. We know you want the best for them, and we want the best for you.
Mia Lawrence, SLP-CCC and Danielle Rafferty, FNP-C, co-founders of The Exchange Blueprint, LLC, have a combined 14 year of experience in long-term care, with the majority of this time focused on dementia-specific care. They are both deeply passionate about transforming memory care on a large-scale, both in the community and in healthcare facilities nationwide. Their unique perspective on dementia care stems from combining their vast knowledge of modern medicine and their personal experiences with energetics and the role this plays when working with patients with dementia.
